Inflation & Shortage

We need a gov't focused on human rights and peace, not military might and empire building. Utahns and the world face critical decisions as we deal with the effects of inflation and shortage. The protectionism, sanctions, and conflict on the world stage create scarcity in food and energy. We could have prevented these problems with a foreign policy focused on peace and stability rather than geopolitical positioning. Current estimates peg the monthly household cost of living increase, due to inflation, at $750 for Utahns. This amount places a considerable burden on families and seniors, particularly the poor and lower-middle-class. There is often little room in their budgets to adjust for these increased costs. Seeking to establish peace and stability through free trade and neutrality would benefit our citizens and the citizens of other nations. War only brings death, disruption, and years of economic slowdown.
